INFORMATIONEN ZUM SCHUTZ PERSONENBEZOGENER DATEN

Anlässlich der neuen Europäischen Datenschutzverordnung, die am 25. Mai 2018 in Kraft tritt und die bisher geltende Gesetzgebung ersetzt, möchten wir Sie gerne über folgendes informieren:

Alle personenbezogenen Daten, die Sie der MiRoGH  GmbH  im Rahmen Ihrer Geschäftsbeziehung zur Verfügung gestellt haben, werden mit den nötigen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen behandelt und aufbewahrt, die das geltende Recht zum Schutz personenbezogener Daten erfordert.

Verantwortlich für die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten ist die Firma MiRoGH GmbH, Berliner Allee 47, 64295 Darmstadt.

Personenbezogene Daten werden ausschließlich für die folgenden Zwecke verarbeitet: - Datenregistrierung - Lieferantenbetreuung - Lieferantentbeziehungen Personenbezogene Daten werden für die Dauer der Geschäftsbeziehung aufbewahrt und nach diesem Zeitpunkt für die Dauer der Haftung, die sich entweder aus der Geschäftsbeziehung oder einem Vertrag ergeben hat. Ihre persönlichen Daten unterliegen keinen automatisierten Entscheidungen, Profilen oder angewandter Logik. 2 Es ist grundsätzlich nicht vorgesehen, Daten an Drittstaaten zu übertragen, es sei denn, dies ist durch das Vertragsverhältnis zwischen der MiRoGH GmbH und Ihrem Unternehmen legitimiert; in diesem Fall können die Daten an andere Unternehmen der MiRoGH GmbH weitergegeben werden. Die Datenspeicherung erfolgt auf Computer Server innerhalb von Europa. Sie können von Ihrem Recht auf Zugang, Berichtigung, Löschung, Widerspruch, Einschränkung und Übertragbarkeit der Daten an der verantwortlichen Stelle Gebrauch machen, indem Sie eine Nachricht auf dem Postweg senden an den Datenschutzbeauftragten der Firma MiRoGH GmbH, Berliner Allee 47, 64295 Darmstadt oder eine E-Mail an folgende Adresse senden: info@mirogh.com, in beiden Fällen unter Angabe Ihres Vornamens, Nachnamens und eines Identitätsnachweises.

Wenn Sie den Eindruck haben, dass Ihre Rechte verletzt wurden oder nicht mit der gebotenen Sorgfalt behandelt wurden, können Sie eine entsprechende Beschwerde bei der zuständigen Kontrollbehörde einreichen.
